We had decided to drive around Lake Coeur d’Alene and found Republic by chance. Really cool place since it is in an old restored house built in 1910. The menu was amazing and offered some unique dishes. We ordered the warm onion dip and house made chips. Sooo good. I ordered the cauliflower tacos My husband ordered the Fried chicken sandwich with their Repiblic tries. My MIL ordered the Republic Burger and she swears she’s never had a better burger! For dessert we ordered the warm donut with ice cream. Service was on point. She was friendly and really attentive. Can’t wait to go back!!!

This is why I love eating out. Because of places like this. The outdoor seating is so fun. My little family (including a toddler in a high chair) all sat outside at one of the picnic tables. It was perfect for us. We ordered the cauliflower tacos and the award-winning jalapeno popper burger and... wow! So much yum. The cauliflower tacos were incredible! Do yourself a favor and get them even if you don’t like cauliflower. I’m totally serious! I don’t like cauliflower and I LOVED these tacos. I don’t know what they put in the sauce, but it’s GOOD. My husband loved his burger. He said it was such a unique burger that he couldn’t compare it to any other he’d ever had. We loved our experience here! Thanks for the great time and great food!

Love this place! Great food and great cocktails! Very small and cute inside. Decorated well and they have a great little outdoor patio for summer months. I highly recommend! The dirty mac and cheese was AMAZING!!! Pork belly, blue cheese and an egg go on top and it is seriously to die for. I'm a huge mac n cheese person lol.

Republic Restaurant: A Post Falls Gem! We recently discovered Republic restaurant in Post Falls, Idaho, and it was a fantastic find! Seated on their beautiful patio, our party of six enjoyed an elevated take on fish and chips. Unlike typical versions, theirs came with pickled cauliflower, kimchi, and an amazing dipping sauce, while the "chips" had a delicious subtle spice. The impeccable and friendly service made the experience even better. We'll definitely be targeting Republic for our next visit to Idaho and give it our highest recommendation!

Delicious food and great service in a relaxing atmosphere. I had roasted avocado nachos and crispy cauliflower tacos. Both were excellent!

Neat old house converted into a restaurant. Can definitely feel the charm. Services were great and food is delicious. Had the jalapeno popper burger and it had plenty of flavor and very fresh. Highly recommended checking it out.
